Megapark Barakaldo,  located in the north of Spain, just 15 minutes drive from Bilbao city centre, is the Basque Country’s largest shopping complex, with 128,000 m2 that includes a retail and leisure retail park area and the region’s only outlet centre, Fashion Outlet. It is owned by Lar España Real Estate Socimi. The outlet centre is the largest outlet centre in northern Spain and the only one within 400 kilometres. It has 19,200 m2 of GLA and is home to over 70 brands such as Adidas, Columbia, Under Armour, Puma, Skechers, Desigual, Levi’s, Tommy Hilfiger and Pepe Jeans. Opened in 2004, the centre has recently been renovated, making it a more accessible and modern space for visitors and brands.
